II Open Meeting Open Code Transfer 21.11.2011
Monday, 21 November 2011 09:50

After a very successful meeting at Poznan University of Technology in October we have the opportunity to organize the Second Open Meeting to the project Open Code Transfer - a project whose aim is to develop a model of technology transfer for the Wielkopolska. This time the meeting will be held within the walls of the largest Wielkopolska’s University – University of Adam Mickiewicz, which again are welcome. The second meeting will be held on 24 November in the UAM’s Senate Hall (second floor) at the Collegium Minus on Wieniawskiego 1 Street in Poznan - the beginning at 12:00 a.m.

More and more people are aware that in our eyes is creating a kind of market value of intangible assets - the market where you can buy the right to the solution, know-how, industrial design or a patent or a license to use the technology. The experience of companies operating in the global market show that it is one of the main elements which build a competitive advantage. At the meeting we would like to present the results of work by the group of 30 experts in the innovation and testing results of the project "Open Code Transfer" and developed technology transfer pathways. We are going to present british, american and swiss model- as examples and inspiration for the technology transfer model and recommendations for our region.

The organizers wish to invite all those who are interested in increasing the effectiveness of the processes of knowledge and technology commercialization in Wielkopolska. Each voice in the debate may affect the final shape of the model built up for the research units of Wielkopolska and companies interested in implementing new solutions based on external sources. Admission is free, although the number of available space is limited.
