Najbliższe Spotkanie Otwarte Projektu Open Code Transfer odbędzie się już 22 lutego br. w Sali Senackiej Centrum Kongresowo-Dydaktycznego Uniwersytetu im. Karola Marcinkowskiego w Poznaniu przy ul. Przybyszewskiego 37 – start godz. 10.00.  Uniwersytet Medyczny im. Karola Marcinkowskiego w Poznaniu jest jedną z pierwszych wielkopolskich uczelni, która organizuje profesjonalne procedury transferu technologii w oparciu o nowe zasady. Modelowe rozwiązania wymagają jednak rozpatrzenia wielu aspektów formalnych, podatkowych, organizacyjnych czy marketingowych. Powołanie nowych podmiotów zajmujących się transferem technologii (w tym spółek spin-off) wymaga bardzo transparentnych reguł oraz dużej determinacji i konsekwencji. Model Open Code Transfer zawierający wiele alternatywnych propozycji dla centrów transferu technologii może stanowić istotny punkt odniesienia np. dla uczelni medycznej.

IV Meeting of The Open Code Transfer - 12.01.2012

In January 12 this year at 10 a.m. at the University of Life Sciences in Poznań (College of Runge - st. Polish Army 52) will be an open meeting for profesors doctors, students, graduate students and entrepreneurs (investors) interested in building technology companies. On the fourth meeting Open Code Transfer we are going to talk about "Academic Spin-Offs: opportunities and threats ".

The creation of technological company and achieving business success on the market is a real challenge. Experience shows that technology companies that have achieved such success, successful roll-out a new product technology have to be better than the prvious processes and activities - then you can actually think about building an effective advantage. Spin-Off is a project that is created during the researches, but to make it successful it needs an isolation and good management.

In December 16 this year at the University of Economics in Poznan - the third open meeting of the project Open Code Transfer. This is an opportunity to expand knowledge about the instruments of transfer.

The reform of the science sector is clearly moving towards commercialization of knowledge and technologies generated in research units. The tasks of teaching and research, however, often are so absorbing that they lack time for reflection on how to organize an effective system of technology transfer. This meeting is intended to fill this gap and show the most interesting examples and good practices from the world and possible solutions for the science-business ecosystem in Wielkopolska.

Conference summarizing meetings mentor for Wielkopolska clusters - 6 December 2011

Marshal Office of Wielkopolska and a consortium of CoWinners and DEA consulting are pleased to invite you to participate in the conference summing up a series of mentoring meetings: "Clustering Added Value ", supporting the creation and development of cluster initiatives in Wielkopolska. The conference will take place on 6 December at 11.30 in the Conference Room of the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing in Poznan (Room No. 309) at st. Estkowskiego 6.

The resulting cluster initiatives in Wielkopolska are the source of new ideas, knowledge and technology transfer and R & D projects. Cooperation within the cluster always results in interesting contacts that refers to tangible business benefits and social goals. The cycle showed a very high added value associated with the interdisciplinary nature of the relationship of cluster - the value of inter-relations was particularly emphasized by foreign visitors.

Conference summarizing meetings mentor for Wielkopolska clusters - December 6 in the series of mentoring meetings organized at the request of the Marshal Office of Wielkopolska will host one of the most well-known experts in the field of clustering - Micaela Gustafsson from Sweden.

Micael Gustafsson from Sweden is one of the most interesting people in clustering in Europe. He is the head of the IT cluster in the Oresund (last Cluster 55) in Sweden and very experienced manager. At his workshop in Sweden guests come from all over Europe - this time we are pleased to welcome him in Poznan. Let's use this opportunity, because it is really worth! As early as 25 November. at. 9.30 in room 301 of the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing in Poznan, room three hundred and first Admission is free.
